OmSevana is a holistic healing practice therefore anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent with them at their initial appointment, for consent purposes. OmSevana accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. All prices, policies and services are subject to change. In order to provide a relaxing experience for you and others, we ask that you turn off all pagers and cell phones upon arrival at our office.
Terms of Use
By using our web site or scheduling any appointment with us, you accept our Cancellation, Refund, Privacy, and Security policies and agree to abide by them.
Appointments
On the day of your appointment, we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of time to fill out required paperwork. In the case of a late arrival, every effort will be made to restore lost time, as available; however, previously scheduled appointments will take precedence. If you have an emergency during non-business hours please call 911. For non-emergencies, contact our office via email at omsevana@gmail.com.
Cancellations
We require that you notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled service if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we are not given this cancellation notice, there will be a $25 fee per appointment. To avoid being charged the cancellation fee, please call us at least a full day before the scheduled time of the service you wish to cancel or reschedule. You must give us 24 hours’ notice by telephone whether or not you have received a telephone call, email, or text message confirming your appointment. You may call 919-228-8864 to cancel an appointment.

Return Policy
OmSevana strives for 100% satisfaction for all of our customers. However, we recognize that there are exceptions therefore our return policy is stated below:
Unused or unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 7 days after purchase. Products may not be returned after 7 days for any reason.
Services purchased in advance or in a “package” will remain on your account until used and they do not expire. If for some reason you are unable to continue services, no refund will be given.
